Boiler Feed Pumps

KK High Pressure Pumps are manufactured under strict quality control confirming to ISS standard. Pumps are horizontal, multistage, centrifugal type design with latest technology, providing longer & continuous operation without trouble. Horizontal, radially split, multistage centrifugal pumps having radial flow close impellers dynamically balanced. Stage casing are sealed off by "O" rings and clamped together by tie-rods. Diffuser vanes cast integrally with the stage casing to protect against corrosion and erosion. Pump supports are cast integrally to bearing housing hence position of discharge casing can be changed at 90 ° . Carbon steel drive shaft is protected by bearing sleeves for longer life. Heavy duty grease lubricated Bearing are used for smooth operation of pump. Soft gland packings with lantern ring provided for pressurized water cooling.
