1.buyer return signed spa ,full vessel q88, cpa, chater reciept, captain's full names,atl,transaction code ,scan pp id of inspector.
2.seller issues atb to buyer's inspector and board him for q&q.upon boarding and confirmation, buyer bank place a bg from a nigeria bank for entire cargo.
3.seller confirm bg and open communication with buyer's vsl in cotonou waters,confirm buyer's capt readiness to receive blco,both capts agree on rendezvous point in cotonou waters & seller's capt give eta.
4. Seller's vsl longside with buyer's vsl @ agreed location in cotonou waters, discharge,q&q, full payment in 1 banking day.

nb: however we can long side, you do q&q, buyer makes full payment, we discharge and sail back for the next delivery. I am open to negotiations.
