flexible packaging industry for over two decades.
we started our operation by setting up of metallising unit
to cater to the local yarn industry and for pvc metallising
of our sister concerns.
aakash polyfilms has its manufacturing unit at sachin near
surat in gujarat and has been involved in the manufacture of
clear & metallised films.
the unit has three modern metallisers with operating widths
of 2450mm, 1650mm & 1600mm to manufacture a wide range
of metallised films like polyester, bopp, pvc, ldpe and cpp.
the equipments have been supplied by world leaders like
galileo and general vaccum and are equipped to produce
12000mt per annum of high quality metallised films.
along with the metallzing plant we have recently added a cpp
film production line of 2100mm width from world leader
m/s.gruppo collins to cater to the ever growing demand for
cpp films both in home as well as overseas markets.
the cpp film line is capacitated to produce 5000mt of prime
quality films in thickness range of 18 to 100 microns.
in our holographic division we manufacture soft embossed
holographic films to meet the myriad needs for prevention of
counterfeit products.
