Dry lubricant – SV-BNP has excellent lubricating properties due to its low Coefficient of Friction.
SV-BNP can be mixed with water to make a suspension that is applied inside the vacuum chamber. Here, it serves as an excellent release agent, not letting molten aluminum stick to the chamber floor.
High Spreadability.
Non-abrasive: The smooth molecular structure of SV-BNP does not let the interiors of the vacuum chamber get scratched or grazed while removing the stuck aluminum.
Chemically Inert: Since SV-BNP is chemically inert, it releases neither any gases nor harms the vacuum chamber walls even at very high temperatures.
Electrical insulator.
High thermal conductivity resulting in better heat distribution. By acting as a heat sink, it helps to keep parts cooler.
Improves the hold ability and strength of powder composites.
Has high load bearing properties.
High Temperature stability: This ensures high degree of safety even in case of accidental overheating.
Non-flammable.
