Bosentan ( Tab Bosentas 62.5 mg by Cipla ) is an endothelin receptor antagonist. It is is used for treating high blood pressure in the lungs (pulmonary arterial hypertension) in certain patients. It works by blocking a certain substance in the lungs, which helps to decrease blood pressure in the lungs.
