Bottle Display Rack Fabrication

At Kehr-Buffalo Wire Frame we have the capabilities to meet our client's needs and requirements. When a client in the beverage industry needed a sturdy but space saving display rack, they knew we had the expertise to produce a first-rate rack. This 9-case rack featured three shelves that would hold two cases each, and one shelf that would hold one case. This well-built rack was mobile and had space for graphics and signs.
To ensure the strength of the rack, it was made from 0.312" diameter bright basic steel wire, 1" square 16 gage steel tube, and 2.625" wide by 16 gage 1008 cold rolled steel. We used many fabrication processes including CNC wire forming, punching, drilling, tapping, shearing, press braking and robotic and resistance welding. We also applied a powder coated blue finish. Measuring 21" x 17" x 54", the rack was fitted with four swivel wheels for easy maneuverability and was load tested to 250 lbs. We produced 2,000 racks and delivered them to beverage distributors throughout the U.S.
