Bottle Screw Capping Machine

The equipment is specially fabricated using stainless steel-SS to ensure that machines frame is sturdy, corrosion free and able to give a long maintenance free operation. In addition, parts in contact with food or pharmaceutical products are made of SS to guarantee aseptic packaging.

The machine is designed and equipped with Orientation type Cap Feeder for continues feeding of Cap for online operation on any liquid or powder filling line. It allows bottles of different sizes, length and shape to be capped using a wide range of cap sizes. The closing torque or force can be adjusted to ensure a tight seal. The in feed and out feed system is specially designed to allow for online process such that bottles from filling machine are synchronously transferred to the capping section. The machine advance, control systems has sensors to implement “no bottle – no cap”, “no cap – machine stop” and machine stop when bottles jam to prevent breakage. Our machines are CE certified.
