Bottle Sticker Labeling Machine

Harsiddh offers a wide range of bottle sticker labeling machine suitable for modern busy packaging environment. Our equipments are designed to the highest level of sophistication to allow labeling of bottles in a busy pharmaceutical, agro chemical and food and beverage industry. This labeling machine has proven capabilities in labeling bottles using various self adhesive stickers and carries CE certification.

This equipment has high production throughput of 60 -150 bottles per minute depending on container size. It is able to label round containers ranging from 25 -100mm with labels ranging between 20 -100 mm length. Since we understand the need for automation in high production environments, our devices have cutting edge sensor and control system that ensures “no bottle – no sticker ”, stops machines in case of jam to avoid breakage, counts the sticker and bottles , servo mechanism, easy change over and AC control systems. All units are powered from a single motor and this increases synchronization and accuracy.
