Harsiddh Automatic Bottle Unscrambler is a machine that provides continuous flow of bottles for uninterrupted feeding to the conveyor of any machine in standing position. The bottle unsrambler is generally connected with bottle air jet cleaning machine. Plastic or PET bottles, Jars are used to feed for dry syrups, capsules and tablets packaging.

Harsiddh bottle unscrambler is available in standard as well custom specific requirements. It handles bottles with diameter up to 60mm and height up to 150mm with speedy delivery of 100 bottles per minute (depends on bottle size). This device is manufactured with Stainless Steel sturdy material especially contact parts from SS316 and Nylon materials. Bottle jam can be prevented in the machine with special overload clutch mechanism. This auto variable speed packaging machine is best suitable for Pharmaceutical, food and beverages to act on number of bottles, processing and positioning them on conveyor for mechanical delivery to the next process of filling, labelling, capping or assembly etc.
