The manufacturing facility for Supertech Precast Technologies Pvt ltd (Supercast) has been set up at Greater Noida with a production capacity of 5 million sqft per annum inclusive of precast structural elements and hollow core slabs.
The facility has in turn been divided into two units, first being shed-A which is dedicated for the production of hollow core slabs on the other hand shed-B is used for production of precast wall panels.
Machines in shed-A are of ECHO(Belgium), shed-B are of EBAWE(Germany), Batching plants are of WIGGERT(Germany) and cranes are of DEMAG(India).
Supercast factory is available for Supertech groups internal projects as well as externally with main emphasize on quality product.
Precast is presently being used in various projects internally as well as externally namely Upcountry, Oxford Square (Villas), Golf Village(Multistoried towers), School Projects and in various boundary wall projects.
