Bowie Dick Test

Bowie Dick Test is class II Chemical Indicator, used for evaluating efficiency of sterilizer systems. Bowie-Dick Test results as per AAMI, Any unexpected color change in the test indicates that there was an air pocket present during the sterilization cycle, which can occur due to any malfunction in system or cycle. The sole purpose of Bowie-Dick Test is intended only to arouse the user that the system has defaced in execution and should be reformed before sterilization problems occur as can be stimulated by a biological indicator.
