The Combination
NEELS BP TEA is a combination of Camellia Sinensis (Tea) and Rauwolfia serpentina. Rauwolfia serpentina is found in the tropical Himalayas is and is otherwise called as the Indian snakeroot.
How It Works
NEELS BP TEA contains active alkaloids reserpine and rescinnamine which have significant anti-hypertensive properties.
NEELS BP TEA as an anti-hypertensive Agent
The active reserpine present in Rauwolfia serpentina is responsible for its anti-hypertensive activity. It works by suppressing the neurotransmitters dopamine and norepinephrine.These neurotransmitters are responsible for increasing the heart rate and stress by increasing blood flow to the skeletal region. Reserpine actively counters these two neurotransmitters thereby lowering the blood pressure and causing mild effects of sedation and calmness.

NEELS BP TEA contains no artificial flavours, preservatives or chemicals and hence has no side effects or toxicity and is safe to be used by all age groups.
