Cord ismade from 100% high tenacity polyester and characterized by their resistance to climate conditions as well as excellent UV-resistance. This cords has high abrasion resistance, and very high breaking load. In comparison with polyamide cords, polyester cords are softer and more flexible in wet condition. Elongation at breaking load is approx. 20%. Polyester cords successfully found their widely using in the marine transport, the cargo handling, the fishery and construction. Also use in water sport and as auxiliary cord for hobbies.
