Brass Double Compression Cable Gland 12-75mm, Brand Name : Volt

Application:  For use with armoured cable. These are used both indoors and outdoors, in all climatic conditions, as it is weatherproof. 

Construction:

1. Check nut - Brass nickel plated for holding the nipple in case of indirect fitting with the switchgear instrument.
2. Flat rubber - Made of rubber for a proof fitting.
3. Nipple - Brass, nickel plated for fixing the switchgear instrument in case of direct fitting.
4. Rubber ring - Made of fine rubber for gripping the under armour of the cable.
5. Taper cone - Brass, nickel plated for gripping the armour of cable by pressing the cone ring.
6. Cone ring - Brass nickel plated for gripping armour after removing PVC sheathing.
7. Gland body - Brass, nickel plated. Holds the compression & cone ring, taper cone & nipple.
8. Rubber ring - Made of rubber for gripping the outer PVC sheathing of cable. 9. Compression ring - Brass, nickel plated, for compressing the cable in the rubber ring.
