Billets are suitable for further processes via extrusion, rolling and drawing. Billets are also known as bar stock. Billets have a specific grain structure, which enables the metal to be processed more intricately. It is a semi-finished casting product that needs further processing before becoming finished goods. Quality inspection are aimed at checking, measuring & testing of the product produced to relate the results to the requirement to confirm compliance. This task is performed by our specialized quality personnel. Macro and Micro are the methods to test it, we are testing the Cast Billet by the same method regularly on random basis for the conformance of the soundness of the casting.
