We are offering our clients with pressure die casting machines - hot chamber that are especially designed with high productivity and ease of operation in mind. These have hot-chambers of 200-1600 tons that help in manufacturing of zinc, lead or magnesium castings. Our machines have real-time closed loop injection control systems that are fixed with high performance electronics and closing systems for assuring the most productive machines available. For low energy usage and precise metal temperature control, our machines also have gooseneck, nozzle and furnace. In addition to this, the process monitoring and control systems of our machines give immediate feedback, if any critical process variables deviate from the established production criteria.
