This bread improver is especially useful in improving bread volume, crumb structure, crust colour, fermentation, softness and whiteness in texture of bread.
Ingredients : Flour improvers (E- 1100 and E-170), Antioxidant (E-300), Yeast food (E-510) blended in Corn starch & soya flour.
Dosage : 100gm of DOUGH BAKE bread improver is added to 100 Kg of flour at the beginning of the mixing process. This quantity may be varied according to the requirement of bread desired.
Packing : 5 Kg in One poly bag & finally 5Kg x 4 Poly bags packed in 20 kg carton.
