Bread Improver DOUGH BAKE: Bread improver (Bromate Free) is a coherent balanced combination of bakery ingredients mixed together in an appropriate formula. It is used as an ingredient in bread & other yeast fermented bakery mixes.

Backed by the strength of our fermentation expertise and in an effort to meet the unique needs of professional bakers, our group has developed and optimize DOUGH BAKE bread improver. This bread improver is especially useful in improving bread volume, crumb structure, crust colour, fermentation, softness and whiteness in texture of bread.
Ingredients : Flour improvers (E- 1100 and E-170), Antioxidant (E-300), Yeast  food (E-510) blended in Corn starch & soya flour.
Dosage : 100gm of DOUGH BAKE bread improver is added to 100 Kg of flour at the beginning of the mixing process. This quantity may be varied according to the requirement of bread desired.
Packing  : 5 Kg in One poly bag & finally 5Kg x 4 Poly bags packed in 20 kg carton.
