Weight ranges from 22gm to 23gm per piece with maximum 5% deviation allowed. Meat
content 70%, bread crumbs 25% & spices 5%. No dehydration. Raw material used is untreated
white fish fillet. Good appearance and uniform sizes. Natural spices and no artificial flavors.
High quality bread crumbs from Germany. Flash fry technology is used to make the product
firm and also to cook instantly. In-house lab were products are tested for total quality control.
