【emulsifying method】: with oil phase emulsion 1000kg of solids 30% silicone oil emulsion as an example:
1、first add 100kg of emulsifiers to reactor stirring.
2、and then add 200kg of silicone oil, stirring for 20min.
3、add 3.5kg of acetic acid, stirring for 15min.
4、slowing add 75kg of water, stirring for 20min.
5、quickly add the remaining 625kg of water and continue stirring until completely dissolved uniformly dispersed and the emulsion is with a blue transparent.
6、can be supplement add acetic acid to adjust the ph value in 6.5-7.
7、the final discharging with 100-200 mesh filter emulsion, finished packing seal for use or can be used.
【direction for usage】:
a、dip padding method: silicone emulsion , 10-30g/l, room temperature. Double-dip-double-nip or one-dip-one-nip
b、immersion method: silicone emulsion, :2-3%(o.w.f),bath ratio-1:10-15,optimum temperature 30-40℃,15-30min.

can be stored for 6 months under cool and shady condition;
120kg or 200kg in plastic drum.
