Briquette Ball Press Machine

Applications: 
Briquette Press YE83-250 is applied in steel mills, foundries, recycling plants, ferrous & non ferrous smelting industry to press scrap metal chips (max. length 40mm) into high density briquettes (cylinders). Briquette Press YE83-250 is good for briquetting of cast iron powder, crushed steel turnings, aluminum swarf, copper milling chips, all sorts of metal sawdust, particles, chips & fins, and metal cans shreded to small pieces (smaller than 40mm). Briquette Press YE83-250 is NOT SUITABLE for: wood sawdust, coir fibre, biomass material. 
Features: 
1. Vertical briquette press, briquette density is high. 
2. Robust machine of solid structure, special alloy for press mould liners. 
3. Hydraulic oil cooler: standard water cooler (need cooling tower to supply cool water); optional normal air cooler, 
or compulsory air cooler (air cooler with compressor). 
4. Magnetic return oil filter. NOK (Japan) seals for cylinders. 
5. Hydraulic drive, Mitsubishi PLC operation. 
6. Feeding conveyor & vibrating motor are optional for charging of material.
