Broach Tool

Successful production of broaching tools is based on experience in design and calculation of the tool, selection of a suitable cutting material, heat treatment and precise sharpening of teeth and shapes. We produce and sharpen broaching tools up to the length of ca. 800 mm (1,200 mm); they can be rotational, flat or shaped. We also sharpen rotational and flat broaching tools, change the angles or sharpen into a different shape. We use a CNC grinder with cooling and accurate measurement of pitches and diameters.
