Bronze Powder

Bronze Powder is an alloy consisting primarily of copper, and tin and often with the addition of other metals (such as aluminium, manganese, nickel or zinc). Mainly produced by water and air atomisation process. In addition Bronze Powders are also produced via a sinter-diffusion bonding route to give irregular, spherical and dendritic morphologies respectively. The resulting powder might then be processed further in a ball mill to flatten it into flakes for use as a coating or pigment.
