Bucket Elevator

Our bucket elevators are a precise solution to the vertical movement of dry and free flowing bulk materials. The Bucket Elevator is constructed using stainless steel or mild steel buckets attached to a belt or chain. Encased in a steel enclosure the elevated material is protected from the atmosphere,giving the Bucket Elevator the ability to be used internally or externally of buildings. We have designed and built Bucket Elevators for several industries: Sugar,Grain,Cement,Lime.

We offer centrifugal discharge bucket elevators. Bucket Elevators are available in standard casing sizes fitted with flange arrangements of associated equipment such as screw conveyors, rotary feeders and diverter chutes. This allows seamless integration of feeding equipment in terms of the complete materials handling system that the bucket elevator is to be fitted into. 
We supply belt bucket elevators. Drive arrangements are either belt driven via a shaft mounted gearbox with backstop bearing or direct drive with a flexible coupling and backstop.
The material of construction is matched to the application and the units are available in mild steel or stainless steel. Depending on the size of the buckets these can be supplied in HOPE,mild steel or stainless steel. 
Optional extras include access platforms support brackets, hoist frames on access platforms, cat ladders, rotation sensors and belt drift sensors.
