the bucket elevator has been widely used and promoted in the grain terminal, grain depot, oilseed crushing plant, flour mill plant, feed mill plant because the overall efficiency attributed to energy-saving and low consumption is becoming more and more evident in the vertical transport of grain.
characteristic features
1). Complete inner area of elevator head and boot section, as well as input hoppers of the elevators, covered with ar steel liners, or polyurethane.
2). Elevators are equipped with high density polyethylene plastic cups.
3). Belts of elevator legs are sof & sor (static, oil & fire resistant) & (super oil resistant).
4). Elevators are equipped with explosion pressure relief panels at the head section and with one pair of panels at each h=6.0m of trunk sections.
5). Cleaning slide gate at boot section is supplied, providing easy cleaning of elevator leg boot.
6). A complete high quality set of el. Motor (as siemens or similar) with drive (reducer as sew, or similar) is supplied along mounting frames and substructures, with safety guard and mounting brackets.
Speed control relay of the boot drum andor belt is supplied.
7). Gravity take up-section or screw take up-section are supplied at each elevator leg.
8). Head and boot section are delivered totally assembled, as well trunk sections are totally assembled in the sections of b=3.0m.
9). Inspection and maintenance doors on head and first trunk section of the elevator leg are supplied.
10). All parts, as head, boot and trunk section are proposed for erection on bolts and nuts.
