The bhumpa is understood to be the vessel or the expanse of the Universe.

There are 2 kind of Bhumpa - TSO BUMpa or main Vase mainly placed on middle of Mandala & the le bumpa or activity vase is placed on the Lama's Table and is used by the Chopon or ritual specialist during rituals and empowerment.

Mostly made of copper, brass and silver.Richly decorated by different hand carved of auspiciious symbols and signs. and approximately 7.75 inches height.
