Bulk Bag Loaders

The bag is attached to four quick release loop holders and the bag fill tube is slipped over the fill nozzle and sealed dust tight by the inflatable seal. A hydraulic system lifts the bag to the fill position. Once inflated, filling begins and continues until the first set point is reached. The bag is automatically lowered to rest on the vibratory platform and vibrates a few seconds to settle the product. It is then raised again to the fill position and filled to the final set point. The unit can be supplied as shown or with roller conveyors for moving the filled bag away from the loader.
