In dairy cultivation a mass milk cooling tank is always required to store and cool milk at a lower temperature. It is typically made of stainless steel and it is generally used each and every day for storing the raw milk in an excellent condition. Remember these needs to be kept completely clean after every accumulation; else the next mass of milk which is poured into it might get affected adversely. This device is also known as mass tank or drain cooler, and it comprises of an internal and an external tank, both made of stainless steel. The space between the outer tank and the inward container is disengaged with polyurethane froth.
