Application:

Ideal for recovery operations of sand blasting abrasives. Used for transfer of materials via suction or gravity systems (like tank trucks and silos). Suitable for vacuum or ducting service.

Features:

Bulk Transfer Hose is reinforced with spirally plied synthetic fabric with spring steel wire helix, for the high strength needed to andle pressure or suction service in the transfer

of buld materials. The steel wire helix provides full suction capability, kink resistance and a path to conduct static current.

The Natural Rubber(NR)/PBR blend tube provides excellent abrasion resistance, rebound and durability.

Cover is made up of special rubber for abrasion and weather resistance and is corrugated for flexible handling.

Technical Specifications:

Tube: Antistatic NR/PBR rubber, smooth, black, abrasion resistant.

Reinforcement: Hgh strength polyester/nylon cord embedded with spring steel wire helix.

Cover: Antistatic NR/SBR rubber black, corrugated wrapped finish, abrasion and weather resistant.

Working Temperature:- -35⁰C / + 70⁰C.
