Contact SupplierWalta Heater Private Limited presents the high-efficiency Bundle Rod Heater, engineered for powerful performance in industrial furnaces and thermal processing systems. This heater features a robust design using circular or star-shaped ceramic discs (Flower, Round, or Conical designs) to securely hold heating elements made from premium Ferritic alloy (FeCrAl/Kanthal) or NiCr 80/20.
Designed for longevity and maintenance-free operation, our Bundle Rod Heaters deliver significantly higher power density compared to conventional cartridge heaters. They can be used with or without radiant tubes and are capable of reaching temperatures up to 1150°C.
The system is versatile, supporting both horizontal and vertical mounting, and allows for customizable hot and cold zones. When paired with our high-grade radiant tubes (SS, Incoloy, or Cast Alloys), this heating solution offers exceptional durability, rapid heat-up times, and easy replacement without furnace shutdown.
Key Features:
High Temperature Capacity: Operates efficiently up to 1150°C.
Superior Power: Available from 1 kW up to 75 kW.
