For the last four decades unity bush and tool co. is supplying to indian engineering industry high quality jig bushes. These bushes are manufactured as per is-666 (part1) standard
material used is a high quality ball bearing steel of grade en31/ sae52100.
Its bores are ground and honed to give better life.
Non functioning surface is blakodised to prevent rust formation and corrosion.
Easy entry into jig is ensured by double chamfered head, two way undercut and radius on id.bushes are hardened to rc 62/65 hrc (740/820 hv)
