ca-001 is a high performance acrylic emulsion additive for cement and sand mixes for waterproofing purposes. It is soft, elastic and transparent after drying.

applications

ca-001 can bond well to masonry, concrete, cement and sand backing, and various porous materials.

substrate preparations

1. Remove the plywood frame for concrete.

2. Clean any dust, wood scrap and steel wire.

3. Smooth the concrete surface with cement and sand mixes ( 1 : 3 ).

4. Ensure the surface is dry before further processing.

surface clearing

1. Clean the surface to be free from loose particle, dirt and oil.

2. Inspect the surface and fix it if there is any damage or bubble up.
