it is designed to facilitate and accelerate the process of rolling out the power cable on the straight sections of the cable route.
roller rl-1 has excellent operational characteristics, providing simplicity, easy operation and long life of the device:
• roller frame is designed of hollow steel tube, by bending and welding method, which simultaneously ensures its high strength characteristics and low weight;
• the increased diameter of the shaft and its length provide an opportunity for pulling of the heavy gage cable;
• rolling bearings that are used in the working shaft, ensure its smooth rotation under all permissible loads and prolong the life of the device;
• the simple design ensures, if necessary, quick replacement of bearings of the working shaft without obligatory order of a new roller in set;
• the possibility to color rollers, in the selected by the customer color, provides the aesthetic appearance of products and its compliance with the corporate style of the customer.
