Cable Wire Stripping Machine

Cable wire stripping machine are mainly used to recycle all kinds of waste cable wires, the raw materials will be separated into tiny copper rice and pvc, the applicable range of the wires diameter from 0.3 mm to 20 mm, such as automobile electrical route, car bottom lines, motorcycle electric line, computer case line and communication cable, etc.
For larger capacity, the cable wires raw materials will be firstly put into the shredder, then go into crusher to get the small pieces wires, then our pulse air separator machine will make the copper and plastic suspended on the screen to separate the copper from the plastic by weighting method and the friction force which produced by the surface of the mesh. To improve the purity and capacity, the rest materials will be go into our high voltage electrostatic separator. This cable wire stripping machine model system including the first crusher, pulse air separator, dust and fiber collection system and high voltage electrostatic separator.
