Nowadays 60 % of cacao varities is made in peru . It is also the second largest producer of organic cacao .
Cacao nibs are made from pure cacao beans , they are tested for micro-contaminants to ensure the cleanest and safest productsthe beans are peeled and gently crumbled to form small “nibs.”
