Cage Blender

The Cage Blender system is a fourth Generator system designed as an integral cycle system from formulation to utilization. It involves mixing and batch identification of the product during intermediate steps inside the same hermetically sealed container. This system allows that the cGMP is followed as closely as possible (no cross contamination, no position of the environment).
Newtech equipments design and manufacture a complete range of GMP correct powder blending machines. All sizes are available from laboratory to production scale. Our Bin Blender uses a stainless steel bin as a place to charge powders, blend or final-blend the powders and serves as a large hopper on the in-feed side of the tablet press.
