Calcined Fire Clay

We offer several types of calcined Fire Clay. Calcined Fire Clay is produced under controlled heat and temperature conditions to remove chemically bound water from Raw Fire Clay. Ultra fine particle size imparts best hiding properties with excellent sheen control and maximum scrub resistance in water-based paints. Hyper – 80 is a grade name of Calcined clay series manufactured by 20 Microns Limited. During calcination process, various changes regarding morphological, mineralogical and chemical properties occur that result in clay products with excellent optical properties.
