1.Food additive-Calcium Ascorbate
The chemical name of L- calcium ascorbate is 2,3,4,6 - four hydroxy-2 - has-v-lactone acid salt
2.Main Feature:
Calcium ascorbate is white to light yellow crystalline powder, odorless, soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in ether. The pH of 10% aqueous solution is 6.8 to 7.4.
3.Usage:
antioxidants, nutritional additives, preservatives
VC calcium can be added to foods without changing the original taste, and can make it easily absorbed
VC calcium is largely used for food antioxidants, can be used for soup, soup type food.
