Calcium Stearate is the Calcium salt of stearic acid having chemical formula C36H70CaO 4. It is white to yellowish white, waxy, non toxic powder with a slight characterstic fatty odor and a greasy touch. It is a soft fine fluffy free flowing powder with low solubility in water.

General Application :

It is a synthetic ingredient that can be used as an anticaking agent,mould release agent, lubricant, binder, emulsifier and thickner in food.
It also can be used in foundry sand, cosmetics, plastics, pharmaceuticals, paints, enamels, pencils and crayons and have many other applications.
