Details :

• Functional requirement - The machine is required to mechanically scrub the inside, outside surface of standard 40 lit milk

Construction :

• Trough - The trough shall be fabricated from 2.0 mm thick s.s. conforming to AISI 304.
• Legs - Four legs with s.s. ball feet
• Nylon brushes - Shall be of good quality and capable of cleaning all inner & outer surface within a few rotations
• Fittings - Overflow & drain
• Drive - The driveshall be complete with 1.0 hp electric motor, gear box, chain , sprocket, bearing, coupling etc.
