Milkon Industrial can washing systems is an efficient and effective way of cleaning can returning from fields, farms, dairy processing plants. It consists of main stainless steel body, synthetic chain conveyor, spray or click nozzles. Main Body comprises of six zones, namely Pre-cleaning, Main Cleaning 1, Reaction, Main Cleaning 2, Rinsing & Drying. Sixth zone is optional and can be incorporated as per customer’s requirement. Pre-cleaning as the name suggests, cleans dirt, debris etc. from the cans, Main Cleaning 1 zone sprays cleaning agent or detergent mixture with water onto the crates in various angles for thorough wetting of all surface area. Reactionzone allows sufficient residence time for cans so that reaction happens with cleaning agent and wetted surface area. Main Cleaning 2 zone uses high pressure nozzles to spray water to clean surface area of cans. Rinsing Zone uses hot water jets to make cans hygienic. Drying zone is optional wherein hot air circulated over cans to evaporate water. We manufacture systems ranging from 300 – 5000 Cans/Hour. Advantages Compact and easy to install.
