STARLINK manufactures a range of Blow Moulded Plastic Packages made of HDPE for packing Lubricants, Edible Oil, Chemicals, etc. The range of products produced currently is of volumes from 250 ml to 30 liters.
These packs are blow moulded using first quality PE suitable for the harsh conditions of the region, on modern Blow Moulding machines with the latest PLC controls and Parson Programming for Wall Thickness control , using very high quality Blow Moulds. High Quality Master Batches are used in production. Only clean scrap and regrind is reworked at each machine by a closed loop system, but no post-consumer regrind is used.
The packs are 100% leak tested and undergo extensive quality tests during and after manufacture, and can be decorated with customer’s Self Adhesive Labels or Screen Printed to Customer’s designs in multiple colors.
