30 – 36 AF (Antifungal Coating)
(ANTI FUNGAL LAGGING ADHESIVE COATING)

30-36 AF is specially formulated anti-fungal water based adhesive and coating for bonding and Coating canvas cloth, glass cloth, or other lagging jackets over thermal insulation and suitable for use in tropical areas where high temperature and humidity are a problem. It is designed to resist mild fungus and mild growth, and protect the insulation from discoloring or deteriorating effects. 30-36 AF is a non flammable in wet state and fire retardant when dry. 30-36 AF has the same qualities and results of the standard 30-36 with the features of indoor/outdoor use and excellent fungus resistance.

Depending on texture of insulation, application temperature ranges from 35ºF to 120ºF.

Service Temperature Range: 0ºF to 200ºF.

STORAGE: Keep from Freezing

SHELF LIFE: One Year in unopened containers.

CLEAN UP:
Warm water and soap when wet, mineral spirits when dry.

WATER VAPOUR PERMEANCE: 0.8 perms (19 mll DF) ASTM E-96 Procedure B 0.03 perms at 0.028 in dry film thickness (0.02 metric perms and 0.7 mm) as per ASTM F-1249. Tested at 120ºF (48.88ºC) and 90% relative humidity.

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL RESISTANCE:
Good resistance to water oil grease etc. while having excellent resistance to aging 30-36AF is good for use both interior and exterior application.

APLICATION SUGGESTIONS: Brush on a lagging cloth to hold and follow with a double coat for finish. Certified that 30-36AF exceeds the requirements of NFPA 90A & 90B confirms to ASTM E 84. Surface burring characteristics applied to inorganic reinforced cement board.
