machine operationdescription :
place the empty bottle(s) on the turn table. Bottle(s) would enter the star wheel. Once entered the star wheel, there are three stations as below :
1st stage station : filling.
a) volumetric.
b) vacuumetric.
2nd stage station : plugging.
plugs have to be manually placed on the filled bottle(s)
3rd stage station : capping.
caps have to be manually placed on the plugged bottle(s).
now, ready bottle(s) would enter the turn table and are ready for other operations such as labeling & packaging.
