Automatic high voltage capacitor winding machine designed for winding elements (extended foil type) used in high voltage capacitors. The machine also facilitates automatic online testing and sorting of wound elements

Automatic foil cut & fold unit for both foils eliminates manual intervention during winding ensures winding consistency. Dual Mandrel (Indexing Type), results in shorter winding cycle time and thus leading to higher productivity. Dry-element tester with automatic transfer and sorting of wound elements eliminates manual handling of delicate elements ensuring better quality.
