Extraction:-

Capsicum oleoresin is extracted from dried fruits of capsicum annum by the method of solvent extraction.

Properties:

Capsicum oleoresin is red to brown in color, and has powerful and refreshing aroma of capsicum, and is soluble in alcohol.

Composition:

Capsicum oleoresin contains: capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin, nordihydrocapsaicin, homocapsaicin and homodihydrocapsaicin.

Uses:

• Capsicum oleoresin is used as blood purifier.

• It is helps to reduce gas problem and stomach pain.
