Extraction:-Capsicum oleoresin is extracted from dried fruits of capsicum annum by the method of solvent extraction.

Capsicum oleoresin is red to brown, and has the powerful and refreshing aroma of capsicum, and is soluble in alcohol.

Composition: Capsicum oleoresin contains: capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin, nordihydrocapsaicin, homocapsaicin, and homodihydrocapsaicin.
