The capsule dipping pans bodies set both (L.H. & R.H.) are fabricated rectangular jacketed and are always applied as a set in capsule manufacturing plants. The Capsule dipping pans baffles provided within the outer jacket for uniform heat distribution. Capsule dipping fabrications are designed flow system to maintain uniformity of gelatin properties throughout capsule dipping bath. The importance of stainless steel fabrication shows in accuracy of size, fabrication assembly, and precise work of TIG welding. The inner corners of pan body are uniform mirrored finish for regular discharge of products and for ease cleaning of capsule pans.
