Capsule Polishing Machine

Legend Capsule Polishing Machine is a versatile machine used for polishing of capsules after filling operation. The capsules, while moving on the conveyor revolve along their axis due to the angular guides and thus can be inspected minutely. These machines are fitted with rotary spiral double brush Ultra polishing system that ensures a high gloss finish on the capsule.

Feeding Section: This section compatible with Stainless Steel Hopper and a Vibrator with powder collector. As the capsules pass through Vibrator some amount of powder get collected in the Stainless Steel Collector because of Vibration.

Inspection Section: This part of Machine compatible with a conveyor belt and vary speed drive. Above this part of machine there is lighting source to inspect the capsules minutely. The capsules move on the conveyor belt and whole moving they revolve around their axis due to angular guides. This total visual inspection can be undertaken by a operator to sort out defective capsules. The defective capsules are sorted manually by pluckers or by hand.

Polishing Section: This part of Machine compatible with two stainless steel chamber install with filter cloth, a revolving variable speed spiral nylon brush stainless steel powder collector and vacuum dust collector. The capsule travel from one end of the brush to the other end. During this travel they are subjected to roll in between the nylon bristles and filter cloth. On this course the powder on capsules and at the edge are polished twice i.e. in two chambers the powder settled at the edge of capsules also removed. The capsules coming out of the chute are thoroughly polished, glossy and clean.
