Capsule Polishing Machine

The Capsule Inspection Cum Polishing Machine is designed basically to inspect and polish capsules after powder filling operation. 
· The unique and compact design of this machine makes it user friendly for operators, with all operations inline from feed in hopper to the final finished capsule. 
· Consists of food grade conveyor belt on which the capsules are traveled & inspected minutely and are further traveled to the polishing chamber having filter cloth along with spiral Nylon Brush, through which capsules are traveled & polished to get a glossy finish. 
· During polishing process the powder above the capsules is sucked and collected in Dust Collector. 
· All the above operation is controlled with Variable Speed Drive to meet production requirement.
