Carbon Electrodes

Carbon electrodes supplied by GES are primarily used for industrial smelting operations. Application include the smelting of silicon, yellow phosphorus, calcium carbide, ferroalloy, and aluminum, There are additional processes as well. GES-China supplies carbon electrodes produced by libration molding, a method perfected and used by our producing partners. Carbon electrodes usually have a larger diameter, bigger arc bandwidth, pitch are stabilization and a greater smelting efficiency , than Graphite Electrodes, leading to larger yields and lower consumption of electricity for some of the listed applications.
