Carbon Fiber Prepreg

Unidirectional carbon fiber pre-preg may be stored at 72°F for 30 days. For maximum shelf life, store in a freezer and bring up to room temperature for fabrication.
CURE SCHEDULE: Ramp temperature at 6° F per minute to 175-200° F depending upon the desired viscosity. Hold for 20 minutes to allow for any trapped air or gas to escape. Ramp to 275° F at 6° F per minute and hold for 1 hour, cooling to 250° F prior to removing from the oven.
SPECIFICATIONS: Fiber aerial weight: approx. 150 grams per square meter, Resin content: approx. 35%, Thickness: 0.005-0.006", Yield: approximate 20 sq. ft. per lb., Width: typically 24". MSDS available upon request.
